Now that you have created your form, you will want to add it to your site. If you haven't created your form, you can go to this help article, or you can go through the steps below to create your Form Page/Section and then create your form.

Creating A Form Page

Step 1- In Advanced Mode, click on Manage Pages

Step 2- Type the name of your page and click Next Step

Step 3- Choose the Form Page option and Click Next Step. If you are not able to select the Forms Page option, you will need to contact your Account Owner so they can give your Forms permission.

Step 4- Drag your page to its location on the left. Click Save.

Step 5- Go to your newly created page and Click Start Form Builder

Step 6- Select the layout of your choice and click Next

Step 7a- Select the form that you would like to place within the section. Once you select your form from the drop down, click Save.

Your form should now appear on your page! If you’d like to edit the form, you can click within the section, and by clicking on the form again, it will take you to your Form Manager to begin editing. 

Keep in mind: The form builder provides a variety of options and is very straight forward.   As you build forms in the Form Builder, the finished product will look different on your website/ in your Greenhouse. This is because your form will default to fit the style of your website, while the Form Builder shows the fields and structure of the form as you build it. 

With that in mind, we recommend previewing the form on your site before publishing it so you know what it will look like to your website visitors before you apply your changes. There is an option to change the view of the form on your page under the form section settings. This will provide an option to have your form display more like the preview from the form builder. If you want to control the fonts of the form of the default display, head over to the help article about how to do that. NOTE: It will change your font settings for your entire site.

Step 7b- If you have not created a form yet, you will click the Create A New form button. This article will walk you through how to create a form! Once the form is created and published in the form manager, you will return to your Greenhouse, locating the page you need the form on. From there, pick up with steps 5- 7a of this help article to get your form added.

Keep in mind: You can change the form layout at any time by clicking within the section and then clicking Change Layout in the bottom left corner.

You can also change the form that is being pulled into the section by following these steps:

1. Make sure you are in Advanced Mode
2. Click within the Form Section
3. Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner
4. Select the form that you'd like to switch to or click Create New Form to create a new one.

Step 1- Be on the page you wish to add a form to.

Step 3- Click Add New Section in the top right corner.

Removing A Form Section or Form Page

Removing a Form Section or Form page will not delete your Form. It will simply remove your Form from your page. The Form will still be within your Form Builder, which you can access from your Dashboard.
